I also skimmed it at a magazine rack. Not worth the $5.99 (or whatever).

Summary similar to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quantum_Bayesianism  (pretty 
thin) -- plus it says it solves the "Born rule" -- probability of being at X is 
square of the wave function.

Biggest eyebrow-raiser (per Sciam) : the electron only comes into existence 
when it is observed.  

The author I remember being quoted is Fuchs (now at Perimeter Institute) eg a 
2010 summary at
