My last comment from an engineer's perspective:

The reason the Earth orbits the Sun is because she is pulling a vacuum on
it and the Sun rewards us with those energetic, collapsed vacuum particles
which decay continuously on their way to Earth.  Some of the larger
particles orbit for awhile before decaying and create our weather and
Earthquakes thru a combination hot and cold dark matter we call clouds and
waterspouts and hurricanes and such.
