Thank you, Lou. I wasn't aware that there was a patent category for LENR. This could potentially be interesting reading (apart from the dreadful legalese). This must be the bin into which the patent clerks toss the LENR patents, there to languish forevermore. I suppose that if you want a (US) patent to proceed, you try to avoid this category through clever sleights of hand. Eric
