If you want to give me permission you have to send signed, notarized letter to me at the address shown at LENR-CANR, and you have to list every individual title you want me to upload. I have given you a draft of the letter you must send. Sign it, notarize it and mail it, or shut up. Those are my terms. No negotiations.
