Scotch tape played a big "roll" in improving alignment and size of graphite as well. Perhaps it is time we refine the use of adhesives on static electric backing material to see where it leads.. Since we keep applying scotch tape in this raw form it suggests a whole lot more potential when we start to optimize the properties. Perhaps the cost barrier to building active geometry will be breached by this technology?
