Google has launched a high-powered initiative this morning encouraging students and others to write program code for an hour. They have a video featuring Pres. Obama Bill Gates and others. They say it would be great even if you only write a few lines of code. If you are only going to write a few lines of code the natural choice is to write them in APL. In the immortal words of Stan Kelly-Bootle:
