Do you mean the way marijuana is being sold in Colorado as of yesterday? Or the way a single payer health insurance was established in Vermont in 2011? I am pretty sure that if a state wanted to established an unconditional basic income, Uncle Sam would have no objection. Interesting questions has been raised regarding Colorado. They now have a state official in charge of regulating the sales and safety of marijuana. Question: Does this official need to pass a drug test? And if so, which way? - Jed
