Vancouver is warmer than Atlanta. Yesterday CNN pointed out that "Atlanta is colder than Moscow. Take your pick, Russia or Idaho . . ." (Meaning it was colder than both Moscow, Russia and Moscow, Idaho. Both are very cold places, according to my father, who was in Moscow Idaho on December 7, 1941, and in Moscow Russia in December 1945.) - Jed
