Hello Jones,
I wrote a 10 W CIHT cell has been developed by Mills. Not a 10kW system. The
system is scalable to higher powerlevels.
The power density of the CIHT cel is rather low, like all other systems he
developed in the past. To develop a system that has a high
efficiency to catalyse the hydrino reaction is ofcourse a ultimate goal. By
running a very high current through the solidfuel the chargebuildup
in the fuel can be avoided and high kinetics is possible.
The newly developed CF-CIHT cel has potentially a very high powerdensity.
A professor (plasma physicist) from a university in the Netherlands just
visisted blacklightpower and he was convinced that his results a real.
Just today 3 validation reports were placed on the website of blacklight,
which confirm the excess energy claims.

Peter,
There is not the least bit of reliable proof of any of these claims you make
on behalf of BLP. What is you motivation in making these absurd statements?
There is no 10 kW system outside of Mills' delusions of grandeur.
This is fiction, and his latest "demo" suggests that he has once again
switched technologies in mid stream, ostensibly because he could not produce
what was formerly promised.
Sorry to see that you, like a number of otherwise capable scientists, are
way too gullible for their own good.
Jones

Hello Jones,
R. Mills has developed a kind of battery which produces directly power from
water during the hydrino reaction.
