Dave, for those of us that believe zero point energy is the basis for the
temperature anomalies then these mysteries take on direct correlation, the
ability to tap the "motion" of virtual particles passing through our physical
dimension to produce usable energy is only one step removed from using energy
to push back against this same "motion" to produce an inertialess drive
system.. I say inertialess and quote "motion" because the terms go through a
Lorentzian translation of time and space, instead of spatial displacement to
"increase" the rate of intersection between objects in our 3D ant farm with
virtual particles traveling an axis 90 degrees from our physical ones we are
dealing with types of geometric [casimiir /Vander Walls] suppression which
"decreases" the virtual particle density in the suppressed regions formed by
the geometry and therefore "slows" the rate of intersection to a value we
consider "negative" from our macro/isotropic perspective. So instead of
slowing time like the Paradox twin approaching C these "suppressed" gas atoms
see us outside their suppressed regions slowing down like we perceive the
Paradox twin..or from our perspective the gas atoms speed up/catalyze and
radioactive decay is expedited for those suppressed - I also think there are
"compressed" regions in the walls of these suppression zones where time is
equally slowed down forming a balanced average equal to the isotropy we all
experience such that we aren't getting something for nothing but rather just
forming segregated regions that balance out, it is only the size and charge of
the gas atoms that perform a Maxwellian demon like trick of showing an affinity
for one region over the other that allows for these temperature and decay rate
anomalies to occur. We already knew these segregated regions exist below the
physical scale in the form of tiny wormholes in the chaotic foam but IMHO
quantum geometry and London forces can tap some of this chaos into segregated
regions large enough to break what we define as the isotropy and interact with
physical mater in a useful, exploitable way.

Thanks for the link Steve. I am interesting in finding out more about this
subject. For folks that suspect that there may be some truth to the stories
about UFOs there must be some means of propulsion that is robust and capable of
being operated by electricity. Perhaps Dr. Podkletnov has found a clue.
Imagine how well an ECAT driving a thermoelectric generator that supplies the
power to one of these advanced technologies might function. I am dreaming of
future possibilities.

Sheesh, Evgeny Podkletnov twenty years ago was spinning a superconducting disk
at a high RPM. He noted a three percent loss of weight for objects placed above
the disk. His work was pretty well documented as I recall although of course he
lost his job at some Finnish university. This sounds like the same general
effect although Podkletnov's effect seems orders of magnitude more robust.
Here's an interview with American Antigravity (the best kind:-) ) I will try to
dig up more info on this if anyone's interested.

This is an interesting subject about which I would like more information. I
have read a couple of papers that suggest that a large current discharge
through a superconductor can generate an apparent momentum kick to nearby
objects but it is difficult to accept without plenty of skepticism. Does
anyone on the vortex know of proof that any of the anti gravity systems
actually function? Better yet, how many among the group believe that this is
possible or have witnessed a demonstration?

Stiff challenge to spacetime
A strong magnetic field can flatten space time by imposing a 1 dimensional
character on the three dimensional vacuum by aligning the vacuum along straight
intense magnetic field lines.
What this effectively accomplishes is reduces the intensity of space warping
imposed on spacetime by the concentration of matter as defined by general
relativity.
It follows that a strong magnetic field will reduce the gravity field that a
mass imposes on spacetime (aka anti-gravity).
