Hi James,
                Read about this before and it is certainly an economical 
breakthrough but not so much a technical one, It will not solve size weight or 
mobile considerations but instead focuses on separating the charged fluid from 
the electronic constraints such that one set of terminals and electrodes can 
act like dozens of batteries simply by controlling flow rate of large volumes 
electrolyte in external tanks.
