Ron, great citation. Perhaps these phase changes are the sources of the anomalous energy since they appear to be based on lattice structure and alloys. I often attribute the underlying source of anomalous energy as dynamic Casimir geometry effect on dimensionally constrained gas motion but the effect of a tapestry of quantum critical points on gas motion would also work :_) Fran
