How Rossi might better control his reactor. Rossi’s 1 Megawatt reactor contains 100 cells of 10 kilowatts each. If Rossi were to interconnect them all together with fiber optic cable so that they could all share the Extreme Ultraviolet light (XUV) emissions of the Surface Plasmon Polaritons (SPP) from each of those 100 cells then he could entangle all the nano solitons in all those individual cells into one global Bose Einstein condensate across all 100 cells.
Why would this help control? No one cell could run away and meltdown due to something called quantum blockade. All the XUV photons would be forced to remain at the same entanglement imposed energy level. The bigger that the BEC becomes, the more stable the BEC will become due to a form quantum inertia imposed by quantum blockade. It is identical in principle to having multiple engines interconnected through a common drive shaft so no one engine would be permitted to over-rev out of control. The XUV photon is the means of entanglement and its manipulation is how many individual LENR units could be tied together into a global BEC all being equally shared among each individual unit.
