I recall he collaborated with Mizuno as well. He gave a lecture about this
which was both informative and the most hilarious lecture in the history of
cold fusion.

It is a difficult technique. Most of the conductors fail. Even when they
work, the thin film anodes peel off. It is promising though. The
input/output ratio is phenomenal. Microwatts input produces multiple watts
of output. One of Mizuno's got so hot, it melted. It is a ceramic, so
that's pretty hot.
