I suppose he means the latest from Mizuno, where he describes nanoparticles produced with glow discharge: http://lenr-canr.org/wordpress/?p=1465 The calorimetry has been improved in the last year, I am relieved to report. It was *pretty bad*! I hope to report on it in the next ICCF, or perhaps before that. If Mizuno reports on it at JCF conference I will translate his paper. - Jed
