It makes no difference what he says. Whether it does or it does not have a connection to LENR is a fact of nature, to be decided by experiment. Some researchers have the odd notion that what they discover "belongs" to them in a sense, and they have the privilege of deciding what is it is and how it works theoretically. - Jed
