Folks, I consider the Suncell technology to be a big threat to my plans. So, I want to get to the bottom of this. The primary goal is to verify the energy balance. Then to assess how quickly Mills can roll this out into the Marketplace.
I am thinking of hiring a full time Physics Graduate with strong engineering background to do the research for me, since I have my hands full with my wave powered project. I am thinking of having him replicate the seam welder arrangement so that I can clearly replicate the input power. To me, the most critical thing to assess and confirm is the level of input power. If it is verified to be within the 5J claim of MIlls, we definitely have a winner. I think Mills demo plus his web publications and other publications contain enough info to replicate his suncell work. But since not many Filipinos follow LENR, it is likely that my graduate will have absolutely no knowledge about this. Hence, he needs to start from the bottom. For those of you who have began to study Mills' technology and are quite advance in your understanding of it, can you suggest where to start? Do we start with Mills Big GUTCP Theory book? or do you suggest something more practical and quickly assimilated. If you were the one doing this, where and how would you pursue this? Which avenue of action do you suggest is most productive for my goal? Do we start building a seam welder to test? Can you suggest a simpler way to verify input power? Jojo
