On pages 60-61 Va'vra considers the consequences if DDL atoms exist:
___________________________________________________ 1. DDL transition energies are 300-500 keV. If this is real, it may be a substantial energy source. 2. DDL atoms, such as the DDL hydrogen, could be responsible for a missing dark matter. 3. The DDL mechanism could play a significant role in a collapse of the Super Nova. 4. DDL atoms, such as the DDL hydrogen, could participate in nuclear reactions because the Coulomb repulsion is greatly reduced. Example: Atomic hydrogen 1H1[with one electron on DDL level] approaches another 1H1[with one electron on the normal level(NL)] could react according to the following reaction: [1H1, e-on DDL] + [1H1, e-on NL] --> [1D2, e-on NL], 7.289 + 7.289 = 13.1358 MeV (Q = -1.4422 MeV) 5. It is possible to alter chemical characteristic of atoms if one or more electron are transferred to the DDL levels. Example: Chemically, an atom (A,Z) with one electron bound on the DDL level will have one of its nuclear charges screened by this electron and will behave like a (A,Z-1) element, i.e., like a lighter element with Z-1 electrons, which is its neighbor in the Periodic Table. The alkali metal atoms with one electron on the DDL level will behave like their lighter neighbors, noble gases, and should escape with the electrolytic gases. These "alkali-noble gases" could be determined by GC-MS analysis. [19K40, one e-on DDL] --> [18Ar40, 18 e-on NL], -33.53526 = -35.04027 MeV (Q = -1.505 MeV) Note: One could accomplish the dream of the old alchemists to make a gold out of mercury...
