I'm trying to locate an online copy of "Classically Radiationless Motions and Implications for Quantum Theory" by George Goedecke.
There was supposedly a copy posted on the website of the Hydrino Study Group back in 2000 but archive.org us under denial of service attack or something. Could someone forward their copy to me if they've got one or at least point me to a URL where I can download it? Thanks.
