Rossi insists that there was no video of the test:

EXTRACTED BY THE COMMETTEE
Fig 3 clearly shows a camera in the top-left, with a (temporary?)
cable strung from it, aimed directly at the ecat.
If I'd been in charge I would have had multiple cameras on Rossi at
all times he intervened.
