It's not surprising to me that many distrust Rossi. His eccentricities and
mercurial behavior can cause many to question his intentions. Case in point:
Krivit. I noticed he copied the report over to New Energy Times and altered it
by highlighting two specific paragraphs on pages 2 and 7.

http://newenergytimes.com/v2/sr/RossiECat/2014/2014Levi.pdf

On page two Krivit Highlighted:

"Since we required that our measurements be carried out in an independent
laboratory with our own equipment, the experiment was purposely set-up and
hosted within an industrial establishment which was not in any way connected
with Andrea Rossi’s businesses or those of his partners. The test was thus
performed in Barbengo (Lugano), Switzerland, in a laboratory placed at our
disposal by Officine Ghidoni SA."

And then on page 7:

"The dummy reactor was switched on at 12:20 PM of 24 February 2014 by Andrea
Rossi who gradually brought it to the power level requested by us. Rossi later
intervened to switch off the dummy, and in the following subsequent operations
on the E-Cat: charge insertion, reactor startup, reactor shutdown and powder
charge extraction. Throughout the test, no further intervention or interference
on his part occurred; moreover, all phases of the test were monitored directly
by the collaboration."

I gather Krivit was attempting to infer that the report itself must be deeply
flawed because the above two paragraphs appear to contradict the claim that
Rossi had no personal involvement or physical contact with the apparatus. I
assume Krivit is inferring that not only had Rossi performed a switcheroo, he
did it under the noses of "collaborators": Guiseppe Levi, Evelyn Foschi, Bo
Hoistad, Lars Tegner and Hanno Essen.

As for being a "convicted white-collar criminal..." I could care less that
Rossi got in trouble with the Italian law many years ago. Sometimes, it's just
the overhead of conducting a business.

Merda happens.

But enuf of Krivit's analytical skills.

I'm far more interested in the what the outcome of the highly contested heat
measurements pertaining to the measured brightness of the apparatus. I gather
the colors in the photograph suggest the apparatus may not have been as hot as
the report claims.

Anyone have an update on that matter?
