And this is a revelation? I'm under the impression that there are very few Vorts who continue to think Rossi's primary purpose is to try to convince any scientific institution. I assume his goal is to continue trying to convince commercial institutions into investing in this product. The question I'd like to know is whether he as accomplished such a goal.
