Hello users, This might strike you as a question too inane, but I am absolutely new to Votca.
I am trying out the hexane tutorial. But the commands do not accept the gromacs created topology file. It says: input format not supported. I am using version 1.2.4 of votca compiled gromacs 4.6.7.
