Dear all,
finally, after a long time, the first release candidate of Votca 1.3
("SuperUzma") was pushed out.

Many many changes happened since 1.2, most importantly two new
iterative methods: relative entropy and simplex optimization got added
and more simulation back-ends (incl. hoomd-blue and dl_poly) are
supported.

Due to a lack of developers we will NOT fix any bugs in votca 1.2.X
anymore, so we encourage everyone to update and use the new version.
