Hello Users, I need to map a long chain polymer chain to about 60 number of coarse-grained beads. On having a look at the mapping.xml file provided in the tutorials, it looks like providing mapping definitions for the whole of the polymer molecule would require a lot of manual work. Could anyone provide suggestions as to how to get this process automated?
