Hi Changwoon Jang, What was the version of the Gromacs library the VOTCA was linked to, when it was built. I guess you upgraded your gromacs version, try rebuilding the VOTCA with the latest gromacs.
Also, VOTCA 1.3 was recently released. Check it out at https://github.com/votca/csg/releases I hope it helps.
