Ok, in 1.3 (details <https://github.com/votca/csg/commit/6991f1e4a308f23f546181fed57a70d8ba286745#diff-96f1ebad49076ca88c838cbdef42b6beR100>) we reworked the exclusions framework and apparently the "--excl" option hasn't been re-implemented for that new framework in csg_boltzmann.
It shouldn't be hard to implement that, but how frequent is that option actually used? Users please speak up! Pallavi, as a workaround please use VOTCA 1.2.4 instead.
