You can just create multiple settings files, e.g.
$ csg_inverse --do-iterations 10 --options settings_1.xml
$ csg_inverse --do-iterations 10 --options settings_2.xml
$ csg_inverse --do-iterations 10 --options settings_3.xml
$ csg_inverse --do-iterations 10 --options settings_4.xml
