Hello, I get segmentation fault while trying to run csg_fmatch with votca installed in a cluster. The administrators tried installing the latest git snapshot of votca but still the problem persisted. The next remedial attempt they are trying is to use same compiler to build boost, gsl, votca, and gromacs. Previously gcc was used to build boost and gsl while intel compilers.were used for gromacs. I am wondering if anyone has faced issues with fmatch or any other votca tool while using cluster. If so, how should it be addressed. Thank you.
