Just read the error message, for some reason your gromacs installation
wasn't found! Can you post your CMakeError.txt?
Also if you don't need xtp and ctp, you can do -DBUILD_CTP=OFF and
-DBUILD_XTP=OFF.
Also on Ubuntu if you don't develop, you can just do:
$ apt-get install votca-csg
