Dear VOTCA users, I just tried to run xtp_tutorials for understanding VOTCA.
But, mapping the gromacs trajectory does not work well. When I execute command 'xtp_map -t topol.tpr -c traj.xtc -s map.xml -f state.sql', an error occurred: Error 'tpr' file format of file 'topol.tpr' cannot be read or written. However mapping LAMMPS trajectory works with .data file format well though. Is there any reason why xtp_map can not read .tpr file?
