I am Daryl M. Brooks, and I am YOUR candidate for United States Senate. My Party is the POOR CAMPAIGN and unless your one of the RICH ten percent who has 90 Percent of the wealth, I AM your candidate.
Clearly I have no support from lobbies or corporations! That makes me even more your candidate, more than any other candidate for the US Senate. I have no entrenched machine, no cronies, and I fight for change. Will I get elected, maybe not today or tomorrow but we need to build until WE (that's you and me) are a MOVEMENT! Let me ask you some questions that I would like you to think about! Are you worried about you future, your retirement your social security? I am and I am worried about yours too! Do you feel your elected leadership is out of touch, are they hearing what you are screaming? Do they hear you when you say, I AM OVER TAXED AND UNDER PAID! Or I want to work WHERE IS MY JOB! No new taxes and reduce taxes for those who pay most of the taxes now (THATS YOU)-lets soak the fat boys, Lets have those who own 90 percent of the wealth pay some taxes! Do you want an efficient government for you taxes-let us reform government from top to bottom, it can be DONE! We need to consolidate services and governments. We need to attack the vested interests of politicians! Sure we need ethics reform but we need also to limit the number of politicians with vested interest in the system! There are judges in this state that make more than the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. Why? Because they work for 8 or 9 municipalities! What about jobs! Lets help the small business man that can grow from one employee to 50 employees. When was the last time ford motor company grew like that? (When Henry himself was alive)! We need to encourage the start of small business and make it easier to start a business! You may wonder why is violence an epidemic on the streets? We know people are fed up! But our children see the frustration of their parents, the degradation of their Mothers and Fathers at the hands of a system that is out of control. Do you wonder, why we have more persons in prison that any country in the free world including Russia. A complex of prisons, detentions, jails, police, guards, lawyers, judges and courts that demand more victims be incarcerated, and more of your taxes. We need to move people from juvenile detention to job training I mean the real and relevant educational opportunities that lead to jobs. And by the way, are you tired of a war that some candidates say they would let last a hundred years! I don't want to see my grand children fighting the same war, on the other side of the world. We need to bring our sons and daughters home after five years of war, a war that has last longer than WW I, or WWII or The Civil War. We have the way to win the world peacefully if we don't spend TRILLIONS on sophisticated weapons and technology, if we don't pursue goals that were originally based on a lie! After five years there are some experts that believe we have created more danger of terrorists than we have eliminated. YOU need to send a message that your leadership has failed!
