An  interesting first hand account via a phone interview on the JTA news 
alert  podcast, in which the scene is described at the National Cattle Congress 
ICE  temporary compound and the situation updated.
 
ICE and other Fed and State authorities rounded up 390 people at  
Agriprocessors :
    *   roughly, 60 are solely being held are on immigration  charges - and 
have been released for further review and will remain free up to  six months  
    *   30 or so released for humanitarian reasons  
    *   about 306 people held on charges such as using false SS Numbers or  
false ID's and are being processed and generally just being ordered to their  
home country
The reporter,  Ben Harris, describes a make shift "surreal"  surroundings as 
the temporary Federal Court is set in an old  ball-room called the Electric 
Park with pink neon lights and fairground smells  and appearance and plus some 
temporary trailers.  
 
Note - there was no mention of drugs or other more serious crimes  as was 
hinted at by the Fed as justification and according to "anonymous" tips  ...
