That is an interesting conjecture.
However due to sacramento participating in the Microwave data connection for
end users project the FCC has paid particular attention to This chunk of
California.. It is not as simple as RF bleed.
If someone has problems with getting strange signals through their sound
system on the computer. You might consider the Computer suspect.
Is the computer properly grounded? What kind of wireing in the house? How
old is the House?
These things can bring about the affect your concerned about. Also is this
at a building with Faraday structure? (cage built into the building. ) and
last but not leaste. Does your sound card have Radio?
Are you bugged by the Feds for reading 2600 magazine?
