Oh! I never said there haven't been any crackers going after Linux!
A linux box with only mediocre security hooked up to the 'net is a
veritable cracker's playground! A linux box with poor security can be
very easy to crack (conversely, a linux box with great security is
nearly impossible to crack). But viruses are another matter
altogether.
