Does anyone know of a way to extend my monitor, mouse, and keyboard cables by
5-10 meters? The best idea I could come up with was a KVM switch with an
extender kit -- these do come in 30-foot version. The downside of that plan
is that I don't care about switching, I only want length, so the rather
substantial cost of a switch would be kind of a waste. But I suspect that one
can't get really long cables without a KVM switch because the swotch is
amplyfying the signals. Can anyone confirm or deny this?
