i can NOT connect to /. from my home dsl line. here on belial:

and that's it. what's that !H in there? can't find anything about it in the
man pages.
it's really wierd. i can't connect to freshmeat or scour.net either. but
sites like altavista, yahoo, abcnews and kernel.org come up immediately.
it's been like this since this morning, when i got dsl to work.
can other people on pacbell dsl access /.?
