I own a FA310TX, and it works fine with RH 6.2, so it probably wasn't the
card in question.  I also worked on a FA312 card.  The owner brought his
driver disk with him, so I was able to use the driver included on the disk
instead.  They may have renamed the natsemi.c file to fa312.c, but I'm not
sure.
