dear all, 1. i'm trying to log into sisweb.ucdavis.edu to get my student information. (using both opera 5.0 beta 7 and netscape 6.01). 2. click on "login to student information system on the web". browser replies with: Document https://sisweb.ucdavis.edu/ loaded successfully Document https://sisweb.ucdavis.edu/owa_service/owa/twgkwbis.P_WWWLogin loaded successfully 3. browser gets directed to: https://sisweb.ucdavis.edu/owa_service/owa/twgkwbis.P_ValLogin 4. i enter the correct student ID and PAC number. hitting enter, i get put right back into the student ID/PAC form, at the same URL as in #3 above. it's now in an endless loop. everytime i enter the student ID/PAC number, it puts me right back to the same form page. at first i thought it was a firewall issue, however rhonda can get in fine with her machine using: windows internet explorer 4.72.3110 windows netscape communicator 4.05 but she can't get in at all using: linux opera 5.0 beta 6 (and 7) linux mozilla (most recent debian version) so it appears that this is a linux versus windows issue, rather than a firewall issue. i know literally nothing about kerberos, so i can't even begin to guess how to diagnose this problem. can *anyone* on this list access student info using a browser under linux? i'm getting really frustrated with this problem. any replies are greatly appreciated!!! pete
