is there anything, in principle, to keep me from creating my own run level,
say, runlevel 7?
seems like all i need to do is add a line or two in /etc/inittab and create a
new rc.d directory.
anyone have an experience in this? seems pretty straight forward, but i'd
rather hear from someone's experience than do the experiment.
