[vox-tech] procmail question - if/then sort of thing

is there a way to do if/then constructs in procmail?   to get messages
about the PDC 700 from the gphoto mailing list, i need to do:

:0 H :
* ^Mailing-List: contact.*gphoto.*
* ^Subject:.*700.*
GPHOTO

:0 H :
* ^Mailing-List: contact.*gphoto.*
/dev/null

is there a way to combine these two recipes into a single recipe?
