Henry, that isn't very nice... The server headers look like Apache under (unix)... Could be faked or maybe I'm misreading it, but I don't think so in this case. That an there usually are not configuration scrips for Windows :-).

I suspect you have a DNS problem... After you add a record it takes a while to propagate so maybe that is it.
