Yes, Diffie was one of the first, the first being some guy that worked for
the UK government a few years earlier (early 70's). The ^ operator means
the logical "and". And yes, I was trying to describe open/public key --
If there is a difference -- please explain. The third thing in the
definition list should be asymmetric, I don't know how I missed that mistake.
