I agree it is annoying, there are also people who reply to a thread by starting a new mail (which will not have the correct references, often has a different subject, and has no relevant quotes). Anyway, if you are using mutt you can fix the threads for your own=20 future reference with the following keys: # break-thread break the thread in two & link-threads link tagged message to the current one (you will need to tag a message with 't' to decide where you want it to link to... but mutt prompts you pretty well). --=20 GPG key: http://simons-clan.com/~msimons/gpg/msimons.asc Fingerprint: 524D A726 77CB 62C9 4D56 8109 E10C 249F B7FA ACBE --JQ29orswtRjjfiJM Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE+8/I54Qwkn7f6rL4RAjoCAJ4rmo/nE4a2vutXW25tqW1the/QuwCfUKLY 6HPc2mvsYqycIcmGUKZwUnw= =UiLH -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --JQ29orswtRjjfiJM-- _______________________________________________ vox-tech mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.lugod.org/mailman/listinfo/vox-tech
