What URL do you type into Firefox?  What URL does she type into IE? ...
or does she type any URL into IE at all?  Are you sure it's a browser
thing and not a cookie thing???  Why does she need to log into MSN anyway?
(for e-mail? 'cuz can't you check MSN e-mail via hotmail?)
