That's not disposable, that's an invitation for spam at
[EMAIL PROTECTED]

Exim supports extension addresses such as:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]

I'm not competent with Exim, so I can't provide details as to how to
enable this.  A quick search did pull up this:
