Udacity and Google are making the materials for their developing android apps course available free at: https://www.udacity.com/course/ud853
The "guided" course is $150 a month, but the materials are free (videos, online content, etc). It's from 3 google folks (Reto Meier, Dan Galpin, and Katherine Kuan). The course looks pretty good, android studio, gradle, debuggers, UI, threads, using web APIs, android permissions, intents, content providers, sql databases, async tasks, etc. I'm interested and plan to try it out. If anyone wants to try it as well and have a online or offline discussion course let me know (or follow up). _______________________________________________ vox-tech mailing list [email protected] http://lists.lugod.org/mailman/listinfo/vox-tech
