[vox-tech] mcopy bizareness

I've made a bizarre discovery.  For some reason on my RedHat 6.1 I am 
sometimes unable to use mcopy to copy a file to a floppy in run level 2. 
 So I have to telinit to run level 3.  This problem is repeating itself. 
 It's no big issue, I don't care about it.  I just don't understand it.
