I think Eurpoe = RIPE NIC/whois servers...

http://www.apnic.net/maps/tld-list.html

I tried a lookup with the ".fi" extention, with no success, but drop the
fi ext:
whois -h whois.ripe.net kauhava

Even the RIPE folks would not take it with the .fi, but the block / range
does match with the host name in tyour header:

http://www.ripe.net/perl/whois?213.250.105.0+-+213.250.107.255

inetnum: 213.250.105.0 - 213.250.107.255
netname: SYO
descr: Suomen Yrittajaopisto is a business school
descr: in Kauhava.
country: FI
admin-c: TS20529-RIPE
tech-c: JK24-RIPE
mnt-by: VLP-VLT-MNT
status: ASSIGNED PA
notify: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
changed: [EMAIL PROTECTED] 20010904
source: RIPE

also, drop the "fi" and you get:
http://www.ripe.net/perl/whois?query=-a+kauhava
inetnum: 213.250.112.0 - 213.250.113.255
netname: Kauhava
descr: Kauhava is a town in the Vaasa area.
country: FI
admin-c: RH15701-RIPE
tech-c: JK24-RIPE

status: ASSIGNED PA
notify: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
changed: [EMAIL PROTECTED] 20010827
source: RIPE

Then IN ADDR ARPA form shows something else:

person: Johan Kaustinen
