Yeah 

   I it worked like a charm, I had to redirect 
Error logs from /var/log/apache/error.log to /etc/log/error.log

also i had to redirect

Customlog from /var/log/apache/access.log to  /etc/log/access.log

You don't.  It is best to change httpd.conf and have the log files be 
saved on a ramdisk directory, or make /var/log/apache a ramdisk.
